listing broker has listed the above subject proprety for sale ,lease,or exchange and agreeto coperative with the selling broker under the following condintion.
selling broker must introduce their customer to an auhorized representive of thelisting broker and proptly confirm in writing the date inspection and complete identify of their prospect.
2.selling broker must be authorize to sumit aproposal on behalf of the prospect and must do in writing ,outling all the term and condition of the offer
3.selling broker agree from the listing broker will negotiates any offers with the proprities owner and be present for the submision of any offer on the subject proprety
4.listing broker herby agree to share the commission ,as earned and,recieved from the poprety owner ,for a complete sale,lease,or exchange,of the subject proprety on a 50/50 splitt_______- with the selling broker .commission due the selling broker are subject to any of the listing conditions.including the rate and manner of payment of the commission for parrticular offering imposed by prinpincal or agreed to by this company .before any commision is deemed earned,a cobrokage agreement must be executed between this office and the cooperating broker.
